STV Camera Head and Control Box Mounting Methods
STV and Borg focuser mounted on focuser housing of the FS-78 guide scope.
With the STV head "tethered " to the Paramount ME by its "through the mount" cable, there has to be a place to put it when not using it with the guide scope.

Experimental mountings to secure the STV camera head to the bracket. My favorite is the half circle version attached to the camera head seen in two of the above pictures. That version has additional 1/4-20 holes which are useful for attaching cable clips. |
Mating female and male quick disconnects allow easy rotation and removal of the STV camera head.
